Who We Are

LakeVine Insights is an evaluation and learning practice dedicated to helping organizations measure their impact, strengthen their programs, and tell compelling stories that honour community experience and guide meaningful change.

Founded by Bella Asiri-Opiyo an evaluation professional with 10+ years of experience in community health, gender equity, Indigenous-informed evaluation, and nonprofit program design. At LakeVine Insights we blend rigorous analytical skills with culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive practices.

Meet the Founder

Bella’s background is in Mathematics (Statistics) and Computer Science, and a professional experience leading in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) and organizational strategy across multiple health and social sectors. She bring a unique blend of:

Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis
Deep experience in community engagement
Leadership in designing organizational MEL systems
Expertise working with African, Carribean, Black, Indigenous, equity-focused, and grassroots groups
Proven success in funder reporting, dashboard development, and capacity
building
